The arts and the environment come together in the Planetary Creativity contest! Dozens of artists have submitted their creations to the RVF for a chance to win $5,000 in cash. Now it’s up to you! Vote for your favourite work among the nine finalists.
How to participate
Click on the work of your choice and complete the entry form. You can vote once a day! Each vote gives you a chance to win a $3,000 VIA Rail travel credit.

Contest objectives
- Demonstrate the importance of the social and cultural environment in the development of creativity
- Promote original works and ideas from the Canadian Francophonie on the theme of the environment
- Create a contest that is unifying, inclusive and representative of Canadian values
Winners
- From March 1 to 31, nine (9) jury-selected works will be submitted for public voting.
- A $5,000 cash prize will be awarded to the creator(s) of the work with the most public votes.
- Each vote for the best original work gives you a chance to win a VIA Rail travel credit worth $3,000. You can vote once a day to increase your chances of winning.
- The unveiling of the winning creation and the draw for the travel credit will take place between April 1 and 7, 2020.
